Dinna Prapto Raharja, Ph.D (previously known as Dinna Wisnu), is a practitioner, advisor, and trainer in public policy, specializing in diplomacy, comparative political economy, and social protection. With over 26 years of professional experience across Indonesia, the United States, Australia, and numerous other countries, she has been actively engaged in policymaking, advisory roles, and academic writing. She holds an M.A. and Ph.D. in Political Science from The Ohio State University and earned her undergraduate degree in International Relations from the University of Indonesia. Dr. Raharja is actively involved in one-and-a-half-track diplomacy with the United States, Australia, and Japan, as well as second-track diplomacy within ASEAN Member States. She is also a committed advocate against human trafficking, working through the National Network to Combat Trafficking in Persons since 2016. She regularly trains Indonesian diplomats at various levels (since 2010) and conducts senior-level training programs for Bank Indonesia and Lemhannas.
